Booking your first appointment

Assessment sessions will take place in Bloomsbury Square, close to Holborn, Tottenham Court Road, Russel Square, Euston, Kings Cross and Farringdon Stations. This session will be an opportunity to get to know each other, decide whether you want to work together and agree on your therapeutic goals.

Sessions last 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you have any questions about therapy or the process to begin sessions, please do not hesitate to get in contact!

I work with individuals who are over 18 on a short, medium, and long-term basis. I am working online and in person - all rooms comply with Covid guidelines.

Reduced cost

I firmly believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. Therefore, I reserve a limited number of low-cost sessions, on a sliding scale, available for people on low income and students. Please enquire for further details.
