Colin Houlihan
Human. Therapist. Coach.
Qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Coach

Qualified integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist, & Coach based in central London and St Albans. I enable people to challenge their self-limiting beliefs, discover and accept who they truly are, and make meaningful change and relationships in their lives.
Whilst life is not, I see my job as relatively simple: I am here to work with you to explore your situation, understand what you are going through and where you would like to be, then tailor a plan to get you there. No tricks, bells or whistles. I know therapy can help, I am confident in my abilities and I believe that you are able to live the life you want.
At the root of most psychological, emotional and even some physical pain lies (in general) some form of conflict; fitting into society vs. being your true self, meeting your needs vs. satisfying others, facing your past vs. running from the pain. In finding & understanding this conflict we are able to , remove its power, diverting this energy towards positive goals, behaviour change, and healthy relationships.
