Asking for help can be scary and anxiety inducing at first.

You may be wondering what the first session will be like, what you will say or whether this is even the right path for you.

 

For this reason, the first assessment session is just that; time for us to experience working together and decide if we are the right fit

 

Research shows that a strong bond between client and practitioner creates positive change. Indeed, it is one of the most important aspects of therapy, so making sure we click is very important.

There is no obligation to continue with me after this initial session. Even if I am not the right person to help you right now, I might be able to point you in a helpful direction.

What to Expect

  • All sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed in advance

  • Assessment sessions are a reduced rate of £50

    • In-person Coaching and Psychotherapy sessions cost £80

    • ​Online/telephone sessions are £65

    • Extended sessions (90 mins or more) £120+

    • Couples £150

  • Sessions take place at the same time each week

  • Therapy can be short term or open ended, and can take place in-person, online or via telephone

  • How we decide to work together is always open to review and you are free to change your mind at any time

  • Humour, smiles and tears - sometimes all in one session!

  • All our work is completely private & confidential
